Who we are
Grassrooty is a trading name of Real Motion Productions Ltd (“we”), company number 11670072. For this website and for requests you send us, we are the data controller. You can reach us at hello@grassrooty.com. [ICO registration number to add.]
Two kinds of information
On this website we collect what you send us when you ask for a demo or email us, and anonymous visitor statistics.
In the Grassrooty app, each club decides what it records about its members, players, sponsors and volunteers. For that information the club is the data controller and we process it on the club's behalf, under a data processing agreement with the club. If you have a question about what your club holds about you, ask your club first; we'll help them answer.

Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies for advertising or tracking. Our visitor statistics are counted without cookies and without identifying you. The Grassrooty app uses only what it needs to keep you signed in.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use a small number of providers to run Grassrooty, who handle it only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: hosting this website and the app, and counting visitor statistics
- Supabase: storing data securely
- Resend: sending our emails
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the UK's approved safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Email hello@grassrooty.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we'd like the chance to put things right first.
Keeping it safe
Grassrooty requires two-step sign-in, gives each role access only to what it needs, and stores files privately.
Changes
If we change this notice we'll update the date at the top.
